Today was open gym so I just worked on overhead squat.

New PR: 170lbs

It was pretty easy and I definitely could’ve done more but I stopped because it was taking too much time. I’ve said it before, but the recovery after workouts I’ve had since starting paleo has been amazing. I’m basically never sore; if anything I may be a little tight in certain areas but nothing inhibiting. That’s definitely the biggest difference I’ve noticed with paleo. I’ve done crossfit 4 days in a row now and still feel fresh enough to do a workout tomorrow (although I won’t).
