Weight: 159.5#; still losing weight. I think I will increase the amount I eat for snacks to try to counter this. If I can stay at around 160# I’ll be okay with that.

Sleep: 9 hours; really good sleep. I feel asleep right away and since I didn’t have an alarm to wake up to I just slept until I woke up.

Breakfast:

  • 3 scrambled eggs with onions, green peppers, salsa
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 5 strawberries

Not the most filling breakfast, but it was quick and simple to make.
