Weight: 160.5#; big drop today, pretty sure this was because of my lack of food yesterday night and being a bit dehydrated. Hopefully it comes back up tomorrow.
Sleep: 7 hours; not very good sleep, but I wasn’t that tired when I woke up and really haven’t felt tired all day (it’s 2:30p). That may be because I worked out, though.
I had leftovers for breakfast and will have leftovers for lunch. I just haven’t had time to cook this weekend so I’m glad I made stuff in bulk to eat as leftovers. Tonight I plan on cooking up some ground beef and veggies.
