Weight: 162#; this is the first day I haven’t seen a change in weight, and since I don’t want to lose weight I’m happy.

Sleep: 7.5 hours; I had a little trouble getting to sleep, but once I was asleep I slept through the night (which doesn’t happen often)

Breakfast:

  • Egg muffins
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Banana
  • Orange Juice

This was almost too much food. I don’t like to get too full after breakfast but today I felt as if I ate too much. We will see how long the fullness lasts.
