Hours of sleep: 10; woke up once

  • I’m not sure why I was so tired, but I slept for 10 hours. It may have been due to the diet or just because I didn’t have a scheduled time to wake up. We will have to see if it continues.

Breakfast:

  • Egg muffins
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Steak
  • Almond milk

This was basically the same breakfast I had yesterday. It was pretty filling but I’m not sure how much I like plain avocado’s. I need to be more creative with breakfast but I still have some egg muffins left.
