Sleep: about 8 hours waking up 3-4 times throughout night

Breakfast:

  • Egg muffins
  • Steak
  • Apple with almond butter
  • Almond milk

I woke up feeling well rested; I had no trouble getting out of bed. The breakfast was really filling, I added steak that was made last night. I still haven’t noticed any differences since starting paleo.
