- Max Squat Clean: 205# (probably could have gone up another 5#); new PR
Sprint work- 400m Sprint
- Time: 64 seconds; new PR, but in all fairness I haven’t run a true 400m since Junior High so there is nothing to compare it to
The workout felt fine, although it was definitely an easy one today since there was no true WOD. I had plenty of energy through the squat cleans and was able to recover just as quickly as usual.
