- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Almond Milk
I spent about 1.5 hours last night (at midnight) making a dozen of these muffins to have ready in the morning. Man, I hate cooking. Overall it was worth it though- a great way to start the morning. The almond milk (unsweetened, original) was pretty bland but do-able.
